The Fuel supply pump motor set with circular arc gear for locomotive developed by our company is updated part for fuel supply pump of railway locomotives. As the pump adopts circular arc gear with continuous contact of points which is widely acknowledged the most advanced for fuel supply pump, it does not present any abnormal phenomena such as pump vibration, noise, load increase of bearing which are often caused by oil block in involute gear pump. In addition, the circular arc gear features skid-free contact, small pressure angle, low wear, low pressure pulsation, high efficiency, low noise and longer service life.
■ Scope of usage:
JCY type fuel supply pump motor set with circular arc gear for locomotive is suitable for light diesel with feeding temperature not more than 35℃. It is also suitable for feeding lubricative oil or liquid of this type without solid grain and fiber, with their temperature not more than 88℃, viscosity 5-1500 mm2/s.
